AIM 360 uses Location Services to determine your specific location when completing a report, this must be enabled for the app to function properly. We recommend setting your location services to "Allow while using the app".

Yes, AIM 360 will decode the vehicle identification number on all light duty trucks and cars built for the North American market. For vehicles larger than 1-ton, you can manually enter the vehicle details to complete a report.
With a company subscription, you can have as many users as you like. AIM 360 will allow you to generate a company code, with that company code, new users can log into the company profile and start completing reports immediately.
Currently AIM 360 works on the iOS platform, which includes iPhone and iPad.
